The first round of in-person engagement took place in Spring 2024. Scroll down to Past Events to learn about project activities and meetings that have already occurred.

The final round of engagement is underway and will extend through November 18, 2024. We look forward to sharing preliminary project recommendations and hearing from you.

Public Meetings
Public meetings will provide an opportunity for the study team to educate and hear from the community.

The first meeting will occur in April 2024 and will introduce the project and collect initial input.

The second meeting will occur in fall 2024, soliciting community feedback on draft recommendations and components of the final plan.
Pop-up Booth Events / Intercept Surveys
The project team will be out in the community in spring and fall 2024 to help share information about the study and collect input! Check back for more information.
Online Surveys
Online community surveys will be available in spring and fall 2024. The surveys will collect input about corridor needs and draft study recommendations, respectively.

PROJECT SURVEY #2
A second project survey launched October 29, 2024 to gather feedback on preliminary corridor improvement recommendations which focus on prioritizing corridors for road widenings, identifying new connections, and applying treatments to certain corridors to . The survey closed on November 18, 2024.​

A Joint Open House was held for two important County transportation projects: the Major Corridors Study and the Comprehensive Safety Action Plan.
A series of interactive activities invited participants to provide feedback on both projects. Attendees shared input and spoke with project team members about ways to improve safety, access, and mobility along major corridors and across the County's transportation network.

*The community was invited to drop by during this timeframe to review project information, participate in interactive input activities, and talk to the project team.

The project team had a blast facilitating a project booth at Moonlight Movie Night in Downtown Dallas! The team collected input on preliminary recommendations, promoted the project survey, and distributed project flyers, glowsticks, and candy.
